End-user agreements

Art.1. The exhibition is curated by the art critic Sabrina Falzone. Taking part in the exhibition depends exclusively on selection.

Art.2. The selection is open to the artists of any nationality or religion, without limits of age, performing in any thematic area and any artistic field – painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, drawing and design

Art.3. To confirm the participation, a deposit of the submission fee is required only in case the selections are successful. The fee must be paid according to the methods received by e-mail.

Art.4. Every artist can participate in the selections sending via e-mail no.1 to 10 photos of real artworks. The images of the works should be in .jpg format. The works should also contain the author’s name, title and dimensions.
The application form, jpg images, biography and CV should be sent to the e-mail address:

The selection will be made on the basis of the received images.
We decline any liability of data transmission malfunction or incorrect e-mail or postal address.

Art.5. It is not obligatory for the artist to be present during the whole period of the exhibition, during which a qualified personnel will provide selling assistance. However the presence of the artist at the opening evening is welcome.

Art.6. In case of selling the gallery retains 20% of the sum for the intermediation and relative administrative costs.

Art.7. Once selected, the Artists should present original works which should be delivered to Sabrina Falzone, via Monviso 16N03 – 20154 Milano. The deadline for delivery will be communicated by the organiser in time. 30 days after the conclusion of the last exhibition, the artworks not withdrawn will be property of Sabrina Falzone and the artist can no longer get back.

Art.8. The artist cannot interfere with curator’s selective choices which points to the quality of the event.

Art 9. The artist exonerates Sabrina Falzone and all her collaborators from any civil and criminal liability for damages to the works and packaging with which they arrive at the headquarters and relieves the whole organizational team from responsibility for thefts and disasters of any nature.

Art.10. The artist guarantees personally for the originality of the works and is liable in case of plagiarism.

Art.11. The organizer has the right to cancel or change the event date and no refund for any travel and living expenses booked in advance by the artist, which was not required to attend. We recommend booking trips and stays a few days before the event.

Art.12. In case of cancellation The Consumer Code provides the right of the private Customer (artist) to withdraw from the agreement - unilaterally and without giving reasons - within 10 working days from the date of signing of the agreement. In this case, any advances paid by the Customer (artist) will be returned in full.
After this deadline, in case of cancellation by the Customer (artist) the following penal clauses will apply: In case of cancellation of the service, cancellations received with a notice equal to or less than 360 calendar days will result in a charge equal to 80% of the agreed price. The amount of this penalty will be paid at the same time as the communication of the waiver that must be made by registered post sent to

Art.13. By adhering to the exhibition, the artist consents to the processing of his personal data according to the current legislation of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 and art. 13 GDPR 679/16 and the disclosure of visual, graphic, photographic, audio and documentary material for the promotion of the event.

Art.14. The artist accepts this regulation in all its points, none excluded. The submission of this online form is valid for all purposes of the law.
