End-user agreement
 
Art.1. Access to the artistic event takes place exclusively on selection.

Art.2. Artists of any nationality and religion can participate in the selections, regardless of age, operating in any artistic and creative sphere with a free theme. All artistic techniques are allowed.

Art.3. Payment of the registration fee is required as confirmation of participation, only if the selection is exceeded. The fee must be paid according to the methods received via email.

Art.4. Each artist can participate in the selections by sending images of real works via email. The relative images must be sent in .jpg format. It is preferable to name the images with author_title_measures. The participation form, the images of the works and the documentary material (CV + Biography) must be received by filling in the online form or by sending the registration form to the following e-mail address:

by writing the title of the event in the subject of the message. The selection will take place on the basis of the images received. To allow adequate organizational coordination, we invite you to send the adjoining participation form as soon as possible. No responsibility is accepted for not working telematic operations.

Art.5. The artist is not required to attend for the entire exhibition period during which qualified personnel will guarantee sales assistance, although his presence at the Vernissage is very welcome. The artistic direction establishes the opening hours.

Art.6. In the event of a sale, the artist must pay 20% to the organizing body as compensation for additional secretarial and brokerage costs in the negotiation.

Art.7. The selected artists will be requested the original works which must be delivered within the times and places communicated in the admission letter by the curator by e-mail. Other people can be delegated to delivery and / or collection.

Art.8. The artist cannot interfere with the curator's selective choices, which will be aimed at the quality of the event that has cultural and non-self-promotional value.

Art.9. The artist exonerates Sabrina Falzone, as organizing body, and all her collaborators from any civil and criminal liability for damage to the works and packaging with which they arrive at the headquarters and relieves the entire organizational team from responsibility for theft and disaster of any nature .

Art.10. The artist is the sole guarantor of the originality of the works he presents and is responsible for any reports of plagiarism, being aware that only original works can be exhibited in the exhibition venue.

Art.11. The organizing body has the right to cancel or change the date of the event and no refund is provided for any travel and accommodation costs booked in advance by the artist, who is not however required to attend. It is advisable to book trips and stays a few days before the event.

Art.12. In case of cancellation The Consumer Code provides for the right of the private Client (artist) to withdraw from the agreement - unilaterally and without giving reasons - within 10 working days from the date of signing the agreement. In this case, any advance payments made by the Customer (artist) will be returned in full.
After this deadline, in case of cancellation by the Customer (artist) the following penal clauses will apply: In case of cancellation of the service, cancellations received with a notice equal to or less than 360 calendar days will result in a charge equal to 80% of the agreed price. The amount of this penalty must be paid at the same time as the communication of the renunciation which must take place by registered mail sent to Falzone deposit via Villoresi 51 - 20011 Corbetta (Mi)

Art.13. By joining the exhibition, the artist consents to the processing of his personal data according to the current legislation of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 and art. 13 GDPR 679/16 and the disclosure of visual, graphic, photographic, audio and documentary material for the promotion of the event.

Art.14. The artist accepts this regulation in all its points, none excluded. The sending of this online form has contractual validity for all legal purposes.
